Roxana graduated from Farmingdale State College with a Bioscience degree before joining the Latino Heritage Internship Program. She worked at Fire Island National Seashore as a program participant for two years and then headed to Stonybrook University to earn her Master's Degree in Marine Conservation and Policy.
She is back with the National Park Service as a Park Ranger at Fire Island National Seashore.
